Service 01
Drone Soft Wash Facades
Drone-applied soft wash for brick, EIFS, stucco, precast, and metal panels on mid- and high-rise faces. Ground crew runs water, hose, and pedestrian control so the work stays orderly on occupied sites.

Scope
What this line covers
Clear inclusions so facilities and ownership know what is in the visit before crews mobilize.
- 01Primary and secondary elevations on mid-rise and high-rise commercial
- 02Brick, EIFS, stucco, precast, and coated metal panels
- 03Stand-off soft wash with ground crew for hose, cones, and runoff
- 04Elevation-keyed photo packs for facilities and ownership
Honest scope note
Soft wash is not pressure washing. Aggressive blast can damage EIFS and mortar. We choose chemistry and dwell for the substrate, and we call for lifts when detail or access demands it.
- Upper-story reach without staging a full lift day for every elevation
- Chemistry matched to substrate and soil load
- Photo documentation before, during, and after
Before / After
Documented soil removal
Substrate and what changed. Filed with the job pack, not a marketing gallery.

Brick + precast bands
Algae, soot, and mineral film lifted from sills and ledges
Documentation + compliance
What you file after every service cycle
Every scoped job includes the paperwork facilities and ownership actually keep: flight notes, chemistry used, runoff controls, and elevation photos. Not a marketing gallery.
Part 107 flight notes
Pilot credentials, airspace review, and site-specific stand-off plans for the elevations we fly.
Wash-water BMPs
Drainage path, public-way protection, and collection or diversion when the site or city requires it.
Chemistry log
Substrate-matched chemistry and dwell, recorded so the next visit starts from facts.
Photo documentation
Before, during, and after packs keyed to elevations for brand, ownership, or facilities files.
